T-shirts jersey iron on transfer letters and numbers, printed by imported TPU chemical, using PET release film as substrate, can not be out of shape under high temperature. It can be used on types of clothes like t-shirt, jersey, advertisement shirt.

Product Details

Jersey letter and number heat press is with soft hand feeling and elastic. The color printed is so vivid like the photo printed, it can be printed with one color, also can be printed multi-colors. It is passed the SGS environmental certificate and It is with good washing and color fastness. can be washed 40-60times, 30mins/time with family washer.

· Sheet size: 39*54cm or 48*64cm

· Ink thickness: 110-120 micron

Heat Transfer Process

· Use heat press machine or iron

· Transfer temperature: 50-160℃

· Transfer time: 6-12S

· Transfer pressure: 0.24 kgf/cm^2

· Peeling: cold peeling

· It is better to put the teflon cloth on the fabric when pressing.
