Offset printing iron on transfer stickers for cotton & ramie clothes produced by imported TPU chemical, using PET release film with 70 micron as substrate, can not be out of shape under high temperature. and keep vivid. It can be applied for all types of t-shirt, like cotton & ramie clothes . It is with eco-friendly and quite soft hand feeling, no smelling.

iron on transfer for cotton & ramie clothes is with soft hand feeling and elastic. The color printed is so vivid like the photo printed. It is passed the SGS environmental certificate and It is with good washing and color fastness.

Print Iron On Transfers can be washed 40-60times, 30mins/time with family washer.

Heat Transfer Process

Use heat press machine or iron

Transfer temperature: 150-160℃

Transfer time: 6-12S

Transfer pressure: 0.24 kgf/cm^2

Peeling: hot & cold peeling

It is better to put the teflon cloth on the fabric when pressing.
